Shipping & Exchanges
Shipping Fees: In addition to the price for the product, we charge a shipping fee; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost.” Furthermore, any applicable sales taxes, are your responsibility to pay. Shipping costs are non-refundable, this includes shipping costs associated with exchanges. At this time we only ship within the US.
Our processing time before an order ships is 2-5 days, excluding weekends and/or holidays. Processing and shipping times are only an estimate and may take additional business days during promotions or other high volume times such as sales, holidays, new releases etc.
Exchanges: FIVEFTTWO creates limited quantity pieces that may not always be available, therefore we can not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged for a different available size in the same style/color within 7 days from the date of delivery. We currently do not issue refunds for returned items. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging. All exchanges are subject to our review. To submit an exchange request, please email hi@fivefttwo.com.
FIVEFTTWO does not issue refunds for the original shipping charges or Route Protection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or are not in its original condition and packaging. Unapproved and/or ineligible items that are returned to us will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We are not responsible for shipping charges associated with returning unapproved and/or ineligible items.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked ‘Delivered’ but you are unable to locate it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and information. FIVEFTTWO is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by USPS, UPS and DHL including, but not limited to, lost packages or theft at your destination.
